Hi! My name is Hanna Gurr, I am the founder of Hanna Nicole Makeup & Photography. I am a professional makeup artist and photographer based out of Calgary, Alberta.
From a very young age I was fascinated with makeup. I grew up dancing professionally and learnt to do my own stage makeup when I was just 10 years old. After studying the art of makeup and how to bring out the natural beauty in everyone through self-taught techniques, I decided to create Hanna Nicole Makeup in 2017 and I have loved every minute of it.
Through my love for makeup I gained another passion, photography. Capturing people's emotions through a camera has been such a beautiful journey and I feel so blessed that I get to turn special moments into long lasting memories.
When I’m not looking through a lens or using a makeup brush you can find me traveling the world and trying delicious new foods! I'm so grateful that I get to call my passions my career and I never take this beautiful journey for granted!
